Call of Duty my opinions

Many people love to criticize the Call of Duty franchise, the Modern Warfare series and Black Ops in particular. Sure the graphics for Modern Warfare have not really shown much improvement between each game, but the the Graphics of the first Modern Warfare game blow almost every other game out of the water. Was not much room to improve upon. As for the Multiplayer I beilieve there was a huge improvement between MW1 and MW2 in respects to how the lobby host had total control over the match in the 1st one. That quickly got annoying with hosts starting matches and then ending them right as it started. My main issue with the multiplayer of MW2 was how the killstreaks stacked on each other (i.e. kills from killstreaks earned you more killstreaks). When this happens pretty much who ever reaches there killstreaks first, owns the match, depending on whether or not the killstreaks are any good or not. The nuke while cool at first had the potential to end matches way too early, plus it gets annoying when your in a lobby where someone gets the nuke every match. There was also the extreme knife lunge allowing those with the right perks to knife other players from up to what seems like 10 to 15 feet away, and with that there the fact that every shooter that has a knife funtion or option one stab or slice no matter where on the victim results in a kill which is fine. In close quarters like turning a corner at the same time as an enemy you need something that will give you an instint kill, but a throwing knife or the ballistic knife to the foot, legs, or arms should not result in a kill. I feel that Black Ops has better Gameplay and custimization option but does not have as great of graphics as MW2. One thing that sucks on all current Call of Duty games is that the campaigns don't last long enough. They have a great story to them but feel to short, Game developers are turning towards focusing merely on the Online Multiplayer, which I disagree with. So far MW3 is looking very promising with its new survival mode, I only hope that the campaign stay close to the story of the previous (seeing how Infinity Ward went through the employee changes) and last for a fair amount of time. As for other shooters, Battlefield isn't a bad game. Sure Bad Compay doesn't have as good of graphics but its got destructible environments and what believe to be a far better and more realistic sniping experience. Medal of Honor (2010) I believe by far has the best campaign so far but the multiplayer was a bust. Battlefield 3 looks extremely promising and may be even better than COD by looks of the trailers and gameplay footage. In my opinion it would be the 1st Battlefield game to be better than COD. It is also bringing prone back into the muliplayer and if it stays close to the way sniping worked in Bad Compay 2 its gonna be the best sniping expirience ever. The quick scoping in COD is highly unrealistic and when shoot with out "aiming down the sights" or the scope the bullets kinda shoot all over in thier own direction when in real life the bullet is gonna shoot straight out of that barrel in a completely straight line other wise that scope on the gun does absolutly no good cuz the bullet aint gona go where those cross hairs are at all. So I believe that battlefield in general has COD beat in regards to sniping and sniper rifles. For now thats all I really have to say on the subject
